If you are looking for support, please visit our online Support Forum at http://forum.bcans.net - it is available 24 hours a day and is visited by hundreds of people each day.
Some notes about the Chat Room:
- If you would like to host a chat, please email bcans@bca.ns.ca with a time and a date that you would like to schedule a chat. Being a host means that you are on-hand for the time of the scheduled chat to greet newcomers.
- If you do not see anyone in a room - but know there are people in the chat program, be sure to visit other rooms (The "General Support" room would be a good place to start).
- Scheduled Chats:
Monday - Friday 7.00pm EST - 10.30 pm EST
- If you don't see anyone, feel free to drop by the Support Forum.
- There are many new features! There is an extensive help file available.
- You can create your own (private) chat room as well as visit public chat rooms.
