Intent:To make evident the apparent communication gap existing between patient and physician regarding the prescribing of tamoxifen.
If you would like to make a positive change in the way tamoxifen is prescribed, I urge you to take the time to print out all of this information and give it to your oncologist, surgeon, radiation oncologist and/or family physician. It is one way to get it into many hands so maybe women following in your footsteps will be fully informed regarding tamoxifen as well as all other aspects of their treatment.
